Customer Services Team Member - Required to work as part of a team to answer customer queries and complaints. For this role, candidates must have great people skills and be good at staying calm in a crisis. Key tasks include answering complaints, answering phone queries and replying to customer emails.
Sales Advisor - Required to pitch and sell products to customers. Candidates must be experienced at making outgoing calls to customers as well as dealing with inbound customer queries. Although preferable, previous sales experience is not essential.
Sales Manager - Required to lead and manage a busy sales team. Successful candidates for this role will have great people skills, be experienced at managing teams, be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to meet tough sales targets.
